Looking around in our backyard and up the street.

Wind, weather report says up to 30mph, feels like 60. And Eric gets a new BMW F800GS.  

Charlie takes us on a walk around the running track and through back alleys, finding opportunities to engage with new friends.

This afternoon’s Charlie-Walk occasioned an encounter with one Clayton D. and his vintage ’55 (early) Chevy half-ton.  He acquired it seventeen years ago after it was retired from a Baker City construction company, brought it back to life and has used it as his daily work truck ever since.  Somewhat reminiscent of the old Chevy truck we had on the farm, Clayton’s sports a well-earned patina, an original wood bed and “power” steering.
