When listening to music, I usually prefer to let my mind conjure up its own images, but sometimes a pre-determined mix of imagery and sonics work nicely. Here 18-year-old Croatian video editor Tomislav Safundzic has paired NASA images with music from The xx, one of my favorite UK indie groups of their particular genre. Watch in either Flash (smoother) or HTML5 (more Apple-friendly).

Here’s something we (at my internet service provider — ISP — workplace have been working feverishly on for the past couple of years), as explained by one of the Internet’s founding fathers:
… to me, perhaps no one else …
After the hard work of watching the women tend to the garden, it is time to document the ensuing playtime. One of Ivi’s summer break projects has been to repair the frayed edges of the ping-pong table and refresh it with a coat of paint in one of her favorite colors.
Ivi’s contribution to the gardening project seems to be mostly future cooking ingredients such as herbs and peppers. Pressed into duty is the same wagon that once carried her around the L.A. loft before she was old enough to handle it herself.
… for some lively discussion!
This pair seem to be in a continuous state of shopping for food, plants, gardening items, anything to feed their gardening and cooking obsessions.
