Kim recently joined or maybe is investigating the possibility of joining the local Audubon group of birding enthusiasts. On her Charlie-walks, she takes binoculars and a bird ID app on her phone and exhibits other birding-intense behavior. As I occasionally capture the odd bird (mostly crows) on my own photo-walks using a short (i.e., wrong) lens, handholding and hoping for luck, she has pointed me to the Audubon group’s Facebook page where some excellent photo work is shown.
