As part of a research project and essay on the history and impact of Harvey Milk, Ivi studied the film Milk. And here is some documentation of her process, also included in the submission package, to help give the work a magazine feature feel.
Today Ivi received a letter of congratulations and best wishes upon her impending high school graduation, just days away now. This came from Ivi’s first grade teacher, noting what a special student and person she had been. Included from her former teacher were these snapshots of Ivi in action.
Ivi describes each scene with sharp recall and detail. (When you see her again, ask her to tell you about her reading buddy.)
